Here is another wonderful picture that was drawn by the fabulous artist (and friend of mine) MIZY,
*fanfare and sparklely confetti*
and colored by me, Rubius.
*sympathy clap from audience*
Mizy you are such a fantastic artist. Thank you so much for drawing these guys for me. I hope you don't mind I altered them ever so slightly for Rubius-like flare (that and, for coloring purposes, I needed to know where their pants ended and their shoes began) *giggle*
Ru didn't have a tie so I couldn't make it the same color as his arm band (like I did with the other two) so I gave him a gold chair instead.
There are different things I like about how each of them turned out.
I like how the color scheme worked flawlessly (IMO) for Remi. The greens and browns with that red hair and Asian skin tone look gorgeous on him.
I like how I shaded the suit on Jer. I don't know if you can see it through the magic of my scanner but the hardcopy has gray shading on his white suit.
And I love how beautifully shaded Ru's skin is. He is the one I worry about the most when I color because his skin tone (and any mistakes I make) seem to be magnified when I scan his pictures. So I am very proud of how his skin turned out.
Coloring the roses was...time consuming (let's go with that)I have three shades of red in there for shading and I'm still not happy with them. Grrrr, evil flowers. I'm so much better at painting clay flowers than I am a coloring paper ones. *shrugs*

*giggle* I'm so glad that Remi has a die-hard fan. I was worried about him. I knew that Ru would have followers because of his crass attitude, and Jer would have fans because of his adorable naivete, but I never imagined Remi having any fans he just seemed so...plain. Anyway ! haha >XD Oh my god Jer, its wayyyyy better than i expected (I always have expectation on everyone, dont mind that haha LOL >XD) !
I love what u did to Jer and Remi mostly ! Jer with that white suit, he looks soo..... =3= so ! like really admiring !! oh! I do see the gray shading >XD. And Remi, well asian skin, thats one reason ^o^' haha and the green shirt & ties really matched his hair and the lil leaf on his ear ! >XDDDDD
Ru, he looks like a ~ like a the boss of a mafia gang, which looks so cool ! v^0^v yeay amazing colouring of the week to me !

I agree, the colour schemes work really well, especially the greens and browns, and red and black always works! Colouring pictures by hand really does take ages, and makes your wrists ache afterwards! (thank goodness for photoshop!)D: The site's not telling me people on my watchlist are adding pictures!
