It's not due out until well into 2005, but Shadow of the Colossus is my most wanted game right now. It's the "sequel" to ICO, one of my favorite games ever, and it promises to blend the capital-A Artfulness of the first game with a more action-oriented game mechanic -- climbing 70-ft. tall monsters to attack their weak point with a sword.
But at any rate, the game's only been unveiled for a month or so, and we STILL don't know if "Wanda" is the hero, the girl he's fighting for, or someone else entirely. So far half the press articles on the game say one or the other, and the developers are tight-lipped.
Anyway, as this is a relatively quick-and-dirty sketch, I'm surprisingly pleased with the hero (less so with the horse, but it's not bad, either).

I honestly cannot believe that no one has comented on this. I like it. But just one nitpicky thing, I hope you don't mind...but isn't this in the wrong category. But then, maybe when you put it up there wasn't a category for it.
