First of a long series of drawings I did a few years ago of the Legion of Super-Heroes. For those out of the know, the LSH is a long-running DC Comics team of super-teens set 1000 years in the future. they've gone through lots of change over their 45-year existence, not all of it good. But I'm still a fan and have been one for a good 12 years now.<br />

This is an alternate timeline version of Ferro Lad, the first Legionnaire to die in combat. He had a disfigured face he covered with a mask and (in other timelines) the power to turn to living iron. He was also my first favorite.

Was this done on off-white paper, or was it simply a "scanning thing"? It certainly gives it the dismal feel of a snowy day, either way. *gives thumbs up*
