Not too much to say about this one, except that he's the Harlock from a series called 'Cosmo Warrior Zero', and that the pic itself gave me a fit! (Had to walk away from it twice in the drawing stage so it wouldn't end up in the trash can!)

ooh this has to be one of my all time favs of yout images. also a reason why I started the Rebel son video with this.
