raven is one of my fave characters and
i have been wanting to color this pic for
a while. im pretty happy with how it
came out( i don't really like how her hair came out).

and yeah cool pic
i like the background.....shading is done good too
the hair.....well..try do use then the lighter colours, and make wisps, then make them softer with the water effect, you know that they run out a bit and go over a little bit smoother with the actually hair, and then just use the wiping pencil, for you can soften out the wisps, that it looks more like hair ^^
