Cleaver Belanov

Cleaver Belanov, a scientist/researcher for the High Octane Organization. His origin and past are unknown, and lack of information regarding either suggests that he technically doesn't exist. He's been with the organization since it was first established and makes his home at the base of Glacier Peak, the coldest area of the Minokii region. His hair, facial markings, and eyes are all various shades of blue and he has naturally pale skin.

Cleaver also has a high tolerance to sub-zero temperatures and exhibits abnormal strength for a human, something the others can't seem to figure out. He doesn't take too kindly to outsiders and can be downright nasty when dealing with them while treating associates with barely controlled tolerance. Affection is something only reserved for the few close friends he has. He's the highest ranking scientist of the organization.
