The lower jaw looks a bit big, the upper one's tweaked to the left and the neck's a little thin at one place (near the botttom of the pic) appart from that good job my word! If you came up with this yourself then you're good (and I'm somewhat jealous, but anyways). Also I so dig the colouring/shading on the upper side of the head(eyes n' up), so rocks dude!
