Provence Seascape

Neat one! Reminds me a detail of the landscape that I can watch nowadays :D

This one has a Mediterranean feel.
It is located in Provence, South of France.
These trees are parasol pines (botanical name Pinus pinea);
they are growing in hot climates, in the Mediterranean region. :-)


 

Yes, I can see a few of those here in Korčula island, that's why I wrote "nowadays" :D

I saw on Internet that this island, located in Croatia,
benefits from a very mild climate,
and this could explain the presence and acclimatization of the parasol pines.  :-)

This region is not far from Aix.
​It is in the "Calanques", a picturesque region between Cassis and Marseilles.

I get quite a nice calming and relaxing feel from looking at this. And might I say that the many color hues, in particular, with the pink cloud and the ground, are simply wonderfully blended.
