It supposed to be a parody of the show with the same name that was on sometime in the mid-90's.
I don't really remember anything from the original show, so I can't tell who was the host of that show he imitates.
The only show I remember is the one that was parodized here as "100 éves a Rozi" (means "Rose is 100 years old"), the original was "100 éves a Mozi" (The cinema is 100 years old), and it was a TV block in which classic movies were broadcasted after the intro that was almost the same of the one in the video, except the title of course. It was aired for the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the first true motion picture made by the Lumiere brothers.

Somehow reminds me a comedy sketch from an old Gálvölgyi Show, where a villager played by him shows the method of "körte"conservation. For understanding the joke, the word "körte" in Hungarian means both pear and bulb :)
