For some reason, it reminds me Winnie-the Pooh a bit (perhaps because of the fur's color and the pullover's design) :D

Yes, they may have a few things in common. :-)
And generally these characters in children's book wear bright and colourful clothes,
often from the primary colours yellow, red, blue.
