This kind of people never learn from their mistakes.  
They commit their crimes over and over, till the end.
Nothing can stop them, except death.

And except punishment from their Sharia law - severing hands, just like they treat thieves in Saudi Arabia.

Yes, but when they steal from a muzz, it is a crime and it is severely punished, as you say.
But when they steal from a Christian or a Jew, then it is a very different story!

Sharia considers non-Muslims as worse kind of people, since only the muzz are granted complete citizen laws. The same applies for lying - it's a sin when a Muslim lies to another Muslim, but testifying lie to a Jew or Christian isn't considered as sin by the same sharia. 

Since those fans of Allah and Muhammad demand from Jews and Christians ransoms called yaziya ("infidel tax"), we ought to introduce in Europe and America something like Islam Added Tax (IAT) from every muzz community, with mandatory mortgage upon their mosques and settlements. They shouldn't complain about that - this would be our civilized version of their yaziya. ;)
