This is an artwork for the Miku Coloring contest on PaigeeWorld.
as a base, I used a Lineart by yuratsuki from PaigeeWorld.

I redrew the lineart manually, simplifying the design and changing details.

In my own drawing, I changed a few details in the clothing and accessories,
and I reshaped the girl's body.

That artwork on paper was scanned.

Anyway yeah, she reminds me Sailor Moon too, at least that came to my mind at first sight :)

Yes, both have long fair hair, and long legs with short skirts.
I have created my design in a way it looks trendy and pretty (hopefully),
yet "family rated" (can be seen by the kids).
Here, in my drawing, every inch of her body is "covered",
except her face, neck and hands.
I do believe my artwork is pretty "decent".
This way, I should avoid censure problems ;-)

Your version looks perfectly fine - in my opinion it doesn't require any filters. ;)
