I knew before I saw your description that it was fire. But it's like you see in a photograph, since all the focus is set on Zeke everything else around becomes blurry, you know? =D And it suits very very well^^
He controls fire or something, right? Anyway, he looks really powerful, both because of the pose and fire. I love your simple BGs. As I've said before they don't over shine the main focus. The pants kick @$$! Have you designed them? It wouldn't surprise me if you have. They look so hardcore! I want it >.< The belt looks freaking awesome!
One thing I noticed right away was the hair. Wow you seem to have put much time into it. It looks so fluffy and I just wanna reach out and touch it! >.< It flows so beautifully! It gives him a sense of mysteriousness over him. And his expression suits the mood really well too!

The top part of Zeke's pants are originally his old design, but only dif is it looks like there is one set of belt loops where as his old ones have tons of belt loops going down his pants. Plus the shoes are Sam's design too. Must say I am loving them though. Again kudos Sam I WUFF YOU!!! <33333
