You worked it out nicely, but I'd like to make some constructive criticism.

First, the face is a little too big, considering the neck. You might want to fix the cheekbones, because they are a bit too low and make the face look strange. Also, some of the spikes in her hair should probably be a bit lower or covered partly, because it looks like some of them cover the complete sides of her head. Last point would be the ears. You should try flattening them a little, so it looks a bit more realistic - in lack of a better expression.

I hope what I said won't be too rough on you. A bit of work and you'll be drawing like a pro.

No no thats what i like for people telling me how to improve on my art work thank you so much for your words i know it turned out like crap and a lot of my drawings do but i do need to improve greatly if i want to be an artist thanks for your time and ill take it into concideration ^-^
