Sonic Underground is definitely my favorite Sonic cartoon, not despite but because of its oddball take on the whole concept. I love the music (yes, even the mid-episode songs) and the crazy designs and throwback colors, I love the simple straight-forward storytelling, and I love drawing fan art for it. <3

Hey now, this isnt bad at all. :DYou got the style just perfect, although the eyes may be a bit shiny... but who cares? Well done!
And yes, Underground is awesome. It was what helped get me to draw.

He's just been through a retinal examination, and his pupils are still dilated. Now he can't see if the thing in front of him is Manic, or a gigantic green spider.Yeah, the eyes bug me too (though I like them all right for what they are, they look... Off-model, you know?) I think it's the fact I made them so big and round, when they're more elliptic in the show.
Thanks for the comment, I love when people point that kind of stuff out.
And great to hear someone else got spurred into drawing by that show!

You called out at work?! :D But that thing is addictive! I still can sit for hours and be in total bliss playing it.
You remember Labyrinth Zone? That boss, getting up through the narrow passageway full of spears and fireballs? Making it up there without slipping once makes you feel so good XD
