Some things… Once they happen, you get the feeling you’ve been heading there all along. Like you thought you were running on a highway to nowhere, and it turns out it was just a really wide curve.

That said, I could totally see Tails and Sonic as boyfriends. :) This is when they're both older; Tails is 26, so Sonic's around 34. Comic planned around this.
