My sketch, RockGaara's inks & color. :) Her part was done livestreaming; it was great watching her work on it, and I love the result ^^

...There's an unwritten story behind this pic, but in large strokes: crossover battle; Sonic made a chance move that did take out a big chunk of the enemy air support, but sent him into a high drop to the ocean. Mario narrowly saved him from drowning and is taking him to some medical attention. (Sonic isn't even arguing about being carried, making him worry for real. <3)

Let's call it a digital drawing now; you can't see my pencil lines after all.
