Description

Known as the "Tiger of Goth," Colonel Ophelia Billiard is considered to be one of the top fighters of the Midnight Faction. Using a pair of black fans with razor tips and a melee dagger, she is known for killing her opponent with one swift slash. However, her greatest power is the ability to read the deepest places in a person's mind and heart. She goes against Riku in the Deep Jungle. However, her true sense of loyalty could be in question. Was it confusion in her heart that caused this stir of emotion, or was it the presence of Riku that caused it?

she looks rather strong but appearences arent everything goodwork i like the detail on her fan its very depthful and dark looking.
