Well shockingly enough this was not a request... I did this for some of my friends who were having a bad day. ^^ It's nothing like a picture of Julia to bring a smile to one's face eh? (Colored Pencils) (Experimenting with lighting on Photoshop, what do you think? ^^)

GREAT PIC!
Try duplicating the sections you want to adjust in a separate layer. that way you won't affect the surronding areas independantly as you see fit. (A very tedius task to be sure but, you get greater controll over what you want.)
