Okay so it's been a while since I submitted any art. Well I decided to break that cycle. :)
I have been working on this for the passed week now and I am so happy to finally have it finished.
I absolutely love the movie Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust (I am hoping the same director will make another) and I haven't done any artwork from the movie in years. I thought it would be nice to do the cute couple instead of D fan art. now I have to admit, Charlotte was really difficult to draw, but I am so pleased with the end result.
I am also really pleased with the background. I really love the way the stained glass came out. I tried a few new techniques and I think it all worked out really well. Hopefully the next time it won't take me so long. :P

My goodness... Seeing your transition into Photoshop usage is incredible. You do such beautiful art with physical art medias. I didn't really like your artwork could become anymore fantastic... But, now I've seen your Photoshop work. You do great with whatever media, however the quality of your Photoshop work seems to carry a different aura.Great job. I love the value and texture in this piece of art, particularly in the hair and skin. Fantastic

OMG so after seeing your pic I went and watched the movie and it was awesome!!! SPOILER (to those who haven't seen it) I wish she'd been alive with him when they went to the stars that would have been sweet SPOILER END Oh and congratulations for having this picture featured like three days after it was posted. ^^

HOLY COWS! This is absoultly amazing! The characters are drawn and colored beautifully and I totally love Meier Link...so hunkalicous. The details are amazing and this is just all around awesome! Great work on this piece...friggen awesome. =^_^=BTW: Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust was an awesome movie. It was actually the first Anime movie I ever saw. YAY!

This is absolutely gorgeous!!!! I love the colors and the how you colored it. I also love the feelings and emotions that are expressed in this picture with the couple and the candles and everything. Just beautiful. GREAT JOB!!!!!! Favs ^_^
