Well, Yeah, it's Dib from Invader Zim.<br />
I may have the most fracked up IZ style yet o.O I can't draw them all cartoony and small, I'm too used to drawing things like this xD So uhhh...dammit, Dib looks a little emo o.O Guess we'll have to put him in a bowl with milk & eat him with the other "Emo-ooos" xD Don't ask what's up with his psycho hair, I wasn't sure how to do his lovely spike.<br />
Done completely in pencil.<br />

Ah, I never watched "Invader Zim", so I'm not sure what Dib looks like. I like how you did his shirt though ^^
