Longteeth are a strange futuristic mix of animals, though they evolved all on their own.
The basic head structure comes from a mixture of big felines - thecheetah's marks, the leopard's muzzle length, and the household cat'spointed ears. The growing pale spots on both audits also come from abig feline, though I'm too lazy to find out which at the moment xP Thetwo teeth protruding from its upper lip come from the Smilodon,or saber-toothed tiger, aka saber. As an infant, the longtooth has ahigh crest topping its spine. This comes from cheetah cubs. And as forthe long neck, that's the hyena.
Longteeth often wear an expression of scorn or sarcasm upon theirfeatures. They are a very mocking species, since they are one of thestrongest on their planet, and they boast about it often.
Longteeth are very heavily muscled, and have a thick, reptile-like tail.

I don't think I remembered to tell you where the longteeth actually live.
The old sun blew up, leaving the Earth in a coating of thick ice. Whena new sun grew from the ashes of the old, the ice melted, and lifebegan all over again. The longtooth is one of the new Earth species.It, along with the sskrath [the humanoid snake you see here], is partof a story currently in process.
This is the common end of most fights between a longtooth and asskrath. Though both are carnivore, longteeth are much stronger, anduse this advantage to prey upon all the other creatures of the forestswhere they live.
These two will actually be characters in this story I told you about. I just need to color their designs.
