Blaxeon - finished

Finally finished! that's a request from Xiakeyra, this character, Blaxeon, riding a horse. this is pretty much what i had imagined for this picture, except for the background. i wanted to have some war horses on it, but i had to make only this simple thing after some pictures i found around google... anyway...

with a little help from my sister, i've made some quite exotic markings on the horse (particularly a big one on the hindquarters), and now i really think he has a lot of personality! i'm even considering using him as a character! :D

the shading and the lighting on the golds look kinda weird. i'm not sure i caught the idea. and they seem to be shining way too much for the dim daylight. oh well...

i still completely hate everything about Blaxeon. really. DX
everything, from the arms to the hair. i totaly suck at drawing humans... but i truly did my best! :|

oh, and try to forgive the miserable quality of this pic, but for some reason i can't understand, fanart isn't accepting bigger pictures! so sad, you won't believe how big this one used to be! >_<

well, i think this is it! this may not be my best work, but it is certainly one of the hardest chalenges i've ever faced! XD i once swore i'd never draw humans again, but still i took your request...
besides, i said i would try a new coloured lines technique, but then i decided not to. it would've looked like crap, because there are too many colours in the picture.
still, i really hope you like it! ^ ^
