Phantom

This is Phantom. A bounty hunter bent on collecting the reward on Ryokay's head. Phantom is a weapons expert and will know exactly how to use a newly obtained weapon. He also carries a very large arsenal of missiles and guns.<br />
Phantom's obsession with capturing Ryokay began after their first meeting. Phantom would have defeated Ryokay, had he been more cautious of Ryokay's power. He formed a blade made of his own energy and slashed Phantom's legs, arms, and part of his face, which would explain why they're metal.<br />
