*Neoki w/comic background*

Yet another picture with a comic looking-background, but this time it's my 2nd character Neoki! If you look at the main picture and the top panel, you can see that his skin looks reddish. I have no idea why, it must be the scanner.

Neoki's supposed to be my "comic relief" character in Outlaw, but he's gonna be funny...and I mean Peter Griffin from Family Guy funny!

Neoki is able to transform like Ryokay, but only when he's angry enough. His transformations aren't "super forms", but different levels of what he calls, "Beast form". He can't fly like Ryokay, but he's able to jump farther and higher than any of the others in the crew.

I'll tell y'all right now that I can't stand the fact that all my pics have a textured look to them, so hopefully I can get photoshop or something for my computer. I hope you like it!
