Blades of Balance

I can't believe I drew this. I tried to draw Ryokay in a different way, less DBZ like, and I ended up with this! I think he looks much better now, even though his arms seem just a wee bit short.<br />

Anyway, the main points of this pic are the two swords Ryokay is holding. These two blades are the blades that belonged to the Silver Dragon: the Helix and the Dragon's Guard. The Helix is a holy blade that transforms when it contains enough positive energy, while the Dragon's Guard is an accursed blade that gets more destructive as it collects negative energies. I haven't yet gotten a detailed story of how exactly they clash in Outlaw, but I know for sure that Ryokay has the Helix, while the latter blade is in Shadow's possesion.<br />

I'm not one to often draw weapons, so my swords don't seem very detailed, or any weapon for that matter. I need the imagination to draw some awesome looking weapons like Nate Sindel, but I don't. If anyone can give suggestions on how I can improve the look of the blades, please let me know.
