Okay, this is a new design I made for Gogeta13's character Raiu. He wanted to make a new design for him......but he couldn't think of a good design, so I did it for him. Plus, he refuses to let me help him draw. I did it in, like, 10 minutes, but I thnk it's pretty decent. So, thoughts? Comments?

cool design man. i dont see anything i could suggest except maybe color, but you said it was a concept thing so you dont really need to. good pic man.
