Looks like Rinoa Heartilly to me Danielle. Spectacular job on the hair - almost photographic detail there. Her dress is very well shaded too. The left side of her upper arm is maybe slightly too strongly delineated (also parts of her ear?). I'm just nit-picking though 'cause this is pretty much of an awesome picture.
