This is nicely drawn and shaded. I like the friendliness in the eye contact. The glasses make the portrait more casual or 'everyday' imo (if that makes sense). Facial features are well proportioned and draw in the observer's attention by their strong lines. The hair somehow gives an impression of movement. Maybe do a coloured (self) portrait next time D? Terrific result considering the time it took you. Voted 'good'. ^^
