In most of your stuff I see, it appears to be taken with a webcam, so its very blurry. But what I can make out about the image, you have a fairly good reptillian anatomy but the wings look like blobs that are just tacked on to a reletavely well drawn lizard. Now your dragon's species may be different then most, but most dragon wings are just like hands and fingers with webbing in between, the thumb being just a spike-stub. Some dragons, like yours seems to be, however, doesn't conform to the fingery rules and has their own style. But, it still could use a bit more defining.
Colors could be done a bit more consistantly.Seems you have pencil shading along with marker colors, it doesn't seem to go together very well.
Blurriness aside, its good for a beginner. Keep drawing and you'll be better in no time.
