'Tis Cailin, Naomi's crazy mother. And when we say crazy, we mean <i>crazy</i>. The woman is stark-raving mad. She sold her daughter's soul to demons for no good reason, she tried to kill Shyam Margor twice (which is something you just really don't do), and nearly killed Reina (which made Armande go crazy and blow up half the world) among other things.<br />
She's a shapeshifter (which is a reason for her madness), thus the crazyness of her appearance. She has a tail (which I didn't include), as well as claws. The tattoo on her chest... Well, I don't remember why she has that.
