As I continue to monopolize the "10 Most Recent Do-dahs" section of the site...
Rated PG-13 for nudity, but she's not doing anything dirty, thus, I ignore the NC-17 rating. The was one of the first piccies I ever did of Universe, and my favorite. It's based on a Sailor Moon picture from somewhere which got distorted somehow. The SM picture, not this, though this did, too. The BG is pastel (the one and ONLY BG I like that I have done) and her wings are my favorite part of the drawing.
