Marshall Law, the Chinese dragon

Yup, ran out of paper again *smacks forehead* and yup, yet another character I don't play with or give a dang about. Why I did him is a mystery even to me. Reverse psychology I guess *shrug*. I almost actually drew a dragon tail on him ^_^ hehehe (one of the nastier kicks of his tho, not so funny at all when he sweeps you clean with it *sweatdrop*)
