It's Norman!!!!
And he kind of....look too old here...
If anyone's seen the movie Leon (Known to the states as The Professional) you'll know Norman is so bad he could probably kick Scarface's @$$ REALLY bad. Well, maybe...I don't know, they need a show down....
And...yes his hair :(
I know, it's so horrible but give me a break! The top of the picture was cut off so I had to make it up! XD
