I got a request from AthaMaarit to draw a picture of Siegfried Schtauffen in any way I really wanted to. I haven't drawn Siegfried in quite some time, so I'm afraid this is as best as I can manage =P
I don't normally draw Siegfried wearing anything other than what he wears in the SC games, but I was inspired to draw him in modern casual wear. I wanted to make his coat black all over so it doesn't look so much like Seifer Almasy's coat from FFVIII, but then I was trying to stick with Siegfried's original color theme of green, brown and, for his armor, silver/grey... the dog tag pendant is just something I put in there to complete his modern look, it has no real significance ^^;
Finally, excuse my horrible background drawing skills! I suck, I know! Anyways, hope you like this AthaMaarit! (p.s. I hope I'm spelling your name right... oO;)

I like the regular Siegfried......So bbasically i rarely play him(unless it's with CHARade:D) untill i get the 3rd armor......but yeah this is the best siegfried fan art i've seen so far! but there are a few nightmare pics that surpass yours :D you should try and draw Charade.......(he's hard though....i've tried and failed!)Rodimus84 on January 26, 2005, 4:11:00 AM

I had a friend who played soul calibur and thought he was the best of the best. He used Siegfried everytime and used the same cheap combo to win every match. There was no way to completely block it and he could keep you on the ground and keep hitting you. He beat me all the time 'till I learned how to play maxi. Anyway, great job w/ the picture. I imagine it was kind of hard to picture him outside his armor. Keep it up!
