i loved Howl's Moving Castle, both the movie and the book. Is my favorate Hayao Miyazaki Film. And one of my favorate childrens books. One day I got to wondering "I wonder what Calcifer would look like as a human?" and the other day i got bored so ta da! Human Calcifer! I like how it turned out (Kinda) and am almost content with how it turned out.

ohh i love that movie.. haven't read the book. but hheh Califer looks awesome as a human

It's a good book... way different from the movie but they are different enough that both hold your interest no matter which you started with.

and Calcifer is awesome period, flame or human! XD

yeah hes cool, at the time when i borrowed the anime from a friend i didn't know it was a book, till i looked the movie up.
