This is a female Scizor (note the eyelashes and the blush)that I drew with a fineliner and coloured with textas in about 5 minutes :P
He name is Eileen because I was listening to 'Come On Eileen' by Dexy's Midnight Runners while I was doing it :P
I did the background on photoshop :P

hey you know i made a female syther before called sythia (no surprise there) only im a bad drawer (just look at my first and so far only picture) and it came out horible but i like your scizor though cause even if it isnt the best picture in the world its twice as good as my drawing (please refer to 2nd parenthesiesd area)
