Kigi

This is supposed to be Kigi from the Culdcept series. Originally to be entered into one of Bullsnakes contest, it was completed just hours after entry submission was closed. Just as well though. In my rush to complete the picture, colouring suffered badly. I just wasn't able to spend the kind of time I wanted to by the time I got my drawing hand working (finally). As an experiment, it was a failure as fare as attempting to come up with a more organic look. I didn't achieve it, but I think that has more to do with the fact that I was rushing, rather than it not being able to be done.<br />

Motor heads will be tickled to know the "hammerhead" portion of the blade was inspired by Cadillacs "Badge and Crest" insignia. <br />

The scanner cut the ornamental planets orbiting above the staff, which is why it looks a little funky.
