Sometimes, despite my lack of artistic talent I like to try to turn garbage into a canvas. It has been forever since I have posted so I brain-crapped this out one night at work on a piece of scratch paper. I think the chibi looks bored by the report above her head. I wonder how much money was wasted on that report?
