My Naruto OC Kizumi

Description

This is my Naruto OC. I finally have a name for her, thanks to Kay-Chan. Kizumi! ^_^ We're not sure if it's a real name or not, but who cares? Her nickname is Ki-Ki and Ki-Chan.

She likes Lee.

Anyway, I drew and colored, Kay inked it and did the background on Paintshop for me. ^_^

it was this little effect on Paintshop. I just filled in the background.

It was the one called sunset. Really nice. ^_^
