Blitz the Mystic, or the new look for Blitz

Blitz the Mystic! Or, Blitz the cat's new look! She is a dragon actually. Black Doom had killed her entire species earlier in her life, and took her to Prison Island, so she could train to become a weapon for Black Doom. When she found out about this, she escaped by killing the security guards. She can control mystical abilities, and she uses a gun. Not in the picture. Now she is out for revenge. She is taken.
