This is Arwen from LOTR the Fellowship of the Ring. This is when she was being chassed by the Black Riders, carring Frodo (which Glorfindel did in the book...)<br />
I think this pic turned out pretty well. My scanner cut off someof her hair and the top of her head but... oh well. She still looks cool.
