You've done this very nicely! I love the way it's colored. It looks as though you may have used color pencil, as a guess. The only thing I should point out is that Goku is taller than Vegeta and you sort of made them almost the same height. Goku could be sitting on something, for all I know, so yeah...Oh, and I have no issue with them hugging. It's cute! :P
