They all look interesting and colorful, plus their outfits are simple enough to be easy to draw over and over again (if you were ever to do a manga w/ them in it). Simple, but stylish-- that's a critical design point ^_^

Some minor drawing advice tho. When doing girls, it's best not to make their neck so thick because it looks too masculine (unless that's what you're going for).

I'd say a good proportion rule would be to keep their necks approximately the same width as their upper arm.
