This is Tekensai, a Xinthite character from an rp site I joined recently called Zirantia. Xinthite are an amphibious people, I don't feel like explaining her appearance past that. xP
Anyways, Ken is a dragonrider, and eventually I'll get her dragon uploaded... but I have a deep loathing for scales and Akkiana will actually need scale detail. So it could be a while. =P
So.. yep, pic. If y'all are wondering why I haven't uploaded in so long... FAC kept spazzing out and crashing every time I tried to upload so eventually I just gave up for a while. xP But it seems to be working today! 8D
