Tenshi Ryu

Er, yeah this was Kitty''s birthday present which was on the 15th. I just didn''t post it till now becasue I wanted her to see it first and then I was just lazy. >.<

But yeah! This is ment to be a pic of the two main chracters of a "book" than Kitty and a friend of hers are writing together and when I started drawing it out, I thought it would be cool if it looked sort of cover-like looking. (And I stupidly thought it would look cool if I did everything in photoshop too...-_-0 Yeah, THAT was like the biggest fecking mistake.)

Unfortunately they have no title for their story so I couldn''t put it on there like a real book, but as soon as they figure it out, I''ll edit it! ^_^

So the story is nameless untill then. >.< But anyway, about that! So, so far it''s about this girl, Yeismin who is a poor farmgirl and she ends up finding a small white water dragon (the big white one in the pic) and basically adopts her and names her Cami. They are being chased by these hunters or something of the like and so they are on the run, since Yeis is basically a criminal for hiding a dragon and Cami needs to be killed or sold to the highest bidder. Later on in the story when Cami gets stronger she can change into a larger version of herself--hense, the giant dragon in the pic.

I had originally drawn Cami small, wrapped around Yeis'' arm, and then there was all that negative space left behind them. And as I was trying to think of what to draw in the space behind Yeis, I was hit with the idea to draw Cami big, so I asked Kitty is she could ever get bigger and when Kitty said yes I slapped that dog on there to take up the whole damn pic--NO MORE BG TO WORRY ABOUT! WHOO!
