Not bad at all! I am especially impressed with the shading effects that you applied. Very expressive, almost mischievious-looking. Only thing that I would point out is that the 'back' ear should be a little longer and a bit more into view, say, peeking more over his hat. But no big deal. Marvelous job! I'm impressed!
