Predator Versus Aunt May

Poor Predator, now he's gonna get it for sure.

Back in 1992, I used to read a comic book magazine called Wizard. They had that kinda art contest (They may still do, I havent read one since that period). They encouraged readers to submit art and fan-art in the form of fake Wizard covers. I tried to take part of it with this picture.

The black and white version looked great, but I had the very stupid idea to apply colour directly over my original inks. The predator still looked fine, but it was when I tried to do the background that I totally ruined it, for I only had wood color crayons to work with, and it did a real messy job.

Eleven years later, in May 2003, I found that picture at the bottom of a drawer. Back in 1992, I never imagined I one day would have a PC, a scanner and Photoshop. This enabled me to do the retouch it needed to salvage it, and here is the result.

Hence, I learned a lesson: It's not because there is no solution to your actual problem that it means that it won't exist later.
