Someone once called me a master of all things cute and furry. I don't know if that's true or not, but I feel like doing a few furries for awhile. This is Sarge . . . .

.
.
.
And forget the rest.

We had to put Sarge down yesterday (Thursday). Poor aussie was nearly 15 years old, half-deaf, half-blind, and suffering from some kind of degenerative disease on the right side of his face. I was there when we put him down, and I'm going to miss him.

This anthropomorph, in memory of that dog.

Medium: Colored, ebony, and 0.7mm pencil
Time: About three hours
Scale (full view): 60px/in

HearsegurlOh Hun I am sooo sorry. He is really pretty. *hugs* I will be looking forward to more of your awesome pics. I have really enjoyed looking at your very talented and wonderful art. You have the coolest style. I had to put my 18 year old cat down a couple of months ago, cause he had a tumor in his sinus, and its very hard and sad to go through. But you pup wants you to be happy, and what a better way than a tribute. Very Pretty pic. And agian I am so sorry dear. *hugs u* ^_^

StratadrakeIf anyone's interested in a photo of (and a bit more story behind) the actual dog, you can check out this thread I made on a different forum for it:

KFelidaeThe colouring job, not only on the dog, but on the background, is fantastic. I really like how you were able to incorperate blues into the fur to show areas of shadow without it looking too obvious, as well.

Your drawing of fur is improving, by the way. This is the best I've seen out of you. It certainly looks real! =D
