Description
Part 3, the final step(s) in my tutorial about creating an inverted drawing. This is where your faith pays off: After scanning in your drawing, pick a method to invert its colors, and enjoy your results -- or if enjoying your results is simply impossible, then learn from what you did wrong and try again. You can do it!
You have no idea how difficult it was to squeeze this tutorial in under our 300kb size limit (this page alone is 290kb!), but I managed to do it somehow. This tutorial was created using a combination of MS Paint, LView Pro, and GIMP.
For best results, please full-view.

Awesome, Strata! Maybe you'll spawn a new wave of inverted drawings! I always just do the hue rotation, now that I have Photoshop Ill have to try the YUV! You're definately right about not shading too much and going back to fix it, that wolf I did my first time I had to redo before I entered your contest because it was so muddied. So the next time I was doing my Dir en Grey pic I only shaded half as much as I was going to, and I'm so glad I did. If you're ever looking to try a new technique with the inverting, using watercolors produces a very surreal effect.
